His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam graced a Banquet in conjunction with His Majesty's 76th Birthday Celebration. The ceremony took place at the Banquet Hall of Istana Nurul Iman.
Prior to the banquet, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri received in audience His Excellency Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore and wife, Madam Lee Ho Ching at Cheradi Laila Kencana.
At the function, His Majesty conferred The Most Esteemed Family Order Laila Utama, DK which carries the title 'Dato Laila Utama' to His Excellency Lee Hsien Loong. His Majesty also conferred The Most Distinguished Order of Paduka Seri Laila Jasa, First Class, PSLJ which carries the title Datin Paduka Seri Laila Jasa to Madam Lee Ho Ching.
His Majesty and Her Majesty as well as His Excellency Dato Laila Utama Lee Hsien Loong and Datin Paduka Seri Laila Jasa Lee Ho Ching then proceeded to the Banquet Hall.

- Yang Terhormat Dato Paduka Seri General Muhammad Andika Perkasa, Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces and wife, Ibu Datin Hetty Andika Perkasa;
- And Mr. Carlos Garcia Dominguez the Third and wife, Madam Cynthia Andrews Dominguez from the Republic of the Philippines.
Doa selamat was read by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.
His Majesty and Her Majesty then received junjung ziarah and greetings from His Majesty's special guests.
