Attends 32nd Southeast Asian Games Opening Ceremony

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council, attended the Opening Ceremony of the 32nd Southeast Asian Games at the Morodok Techo National Stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It is the first time that Cambodia has been able to host the largest competition in Southeast Asia.

National pencak silat athlete, Awang Mohd Ali Saifullah bin Haji Mohd Suhaimi was given the honour as Brunei Darussalam's flag bearer during the parade. Dayang Zainab binti Haji Morshidi, Acting Director for Youth and Sports Development, Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports as the Chef de Mission led the Bruneian contingent comprising 100 members including 35 officers, coaches and medical officers as well as 65 athletes in 12 sports, Swimming, Athletics, Badminton, Billiards and Snooker, E-Sports, Fencing, Karate-do, Obstacle Race, Pencak Silat, Petanque, Weightlifting and Wushu.
