The 11th Convocation Ceremony of the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB was held in adherence to the Ministry of Health's Standard Operating Procedure, SOP as the country is still in the early endemic phase.

To ensure the smooth running of the event, parents, guardians and students were required to undergo body temperature checks, scan the BruHealth QR code and use hand sanitizers. They also took the Antigen Rapid Test, ART as early as 7 in the morning. Apart from that, the attendees also adhered to the set SOP's such as wearing of face masks and physical distancing.
