At the media conference, the Minister of Health also shared that on 21st October 2021, a total of 3,562 individuals have received the COVID-19 injection.

This means that, under the National Vaccination Programme, 346,829 individuals have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine which is 80.7 per cent of the total population. Meanwhile, 240,978 individuals have completed the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine which is 56 per cent of the total population.

Meanwhile, the multi-agencies enforcement monitoring that was carried out on 21st October night, during the out-of-house restriction from 8 in the evening until 4 in the morning, found 8 directive violations issued with compound fines nationwide, in which 6 of them are violations of the out-of-house restriction.
