NPRA receives applicants from 8 am until 5 pm

The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) announced on Saturday that the working hours in Isa Town and Muharraq started at 8 am to 5 pm to receive applications of the Visas and Residency Directorate.

The services of the Passports Directorate will be in the evening to hand over Bahraini passports at the Isa Town office.

The sponsors can go to any branch without making an appointment to get the residency permit stickers after finalising the e-procedures. The stickers could be placed at all the Kingdom's exits upon departure.

Meanwhile, all NPRA services could be processed online through various e-channels, except receiving Bahrainis passports and sticking the residency permit stickers that require personal attendance.

Inquiries could be received through 17399764 or the National Suggestion & Complaint system “Tawasul”.
