Yang Berhormat said that since its introduction in 2012, 132 online services have been provided through the portal. From that total, 34 services facilitate online payment transactions for the public. Secondly, is the use of mobile applications such as Transport BN. And since its introduction in 2019, the use of Transport BN continues to increase from year to year. Third is facilitating public access to government services such as the 'nomborku' initiative launched recently on the 24th of February 2021 as a public facility to follow tenders of vehicle registration numbers. The continued improvement of the service will be implemented in phases. And finally, the full usage of e-Office in managing the correspondence of internal documents at the ministry of transport and Infocommunications, MTIC. This has improved the efficacy of internal operations and supports the implementation of the Green Protocol by reducing the use of paper.
