After achieving independence for over 30 years, Brunei Darussalam will continue to develop in various fields. The progress achieved will prepare the country's citizens and residents especially the youth to face any upcoming challenges. This is inline with one of the aspirations of Wawasan Brunei 2035 namely to produce highly skilled and educated citizens.
As highly educated and skilled citizens, the youth is always ready to carry out any responsibility, and will not easily admit defeat. This can be seen when the country is facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The year 2020 has taught many lessons to the global community, including the country's citizens and residents. Working and learning from home, doing businesses online are among the new normal in the people's daily life. The scenario indirectly revealed how the community especially the youth are prepared to face any transformation and globalisation challenges.
Hopefully 2021 will be a better year for the country's citizens and residents in facing any challenges ahead.
