Guidelines for Sending Passengers at Brunei International Airport

Members of the public specifically those who board BI003 flight to London, United Kingdom, on the 14th of November 2020 are reminded on the passengers' sending off procedures departing through the Brunei International Airport.

The Department of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications informed, all passengers whether entourage or private must use the 'Drop-Off' method only. For students who take the BI003 flight to London, United Kingdom are required to do 'Check-In' on the 13th of November 2020 from 7 to 10 in the evening. Students must follow the Ministry of Education's advises on departure procedures. Other passengers who board BI003 flight to London, United Kingdom on the 14th of November 2020 are also encouraged to make an early 'Check-In'.

Meanwhile, the public using the services at Brunei International Airport, is advised to continuously carry our social responsibility and preventive measures including practising physical distancing, using the BruHealth application and scanning QR Code when entering and exiting Brunei International Airport.
