Reference Source to Carry Out Best Service

The Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Strategic Plan 2020-2025 Book will be Yayasan's reference source to implement the best services in order to fulfil the set objectives. It is carried out through the best system, competent human resources and conducive work environment, inline with progress in technological developments as well as current needs and requirements. The effort aims to make Yayasan be prominent in instilling trust in line with the objective of its establishment. It is also to raise Yayasan's image as one of the important agencies that contributes to the national development direction achievements.

Based on the Independent Society vision and its mission of Managing the charities of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and members of the royal family, the strategic plan acts as a guide towards more efficient administration management in order to achieve the desire to establish a proactive and innovative society, diligently working independently to the end without solely depending on assistance.

The implementation of the strategic plan is expected to realise three quality benchmarks which are increased access to high quality and reliable aid services, continuous and optimal planning in order to uphold the symbol of the care and love of His Majesty Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam towards the people so that they can be independent and become pioneers to developments in socioeconomy, socioculture and religion for the society's harmony. The strategic plan underscores four main objectives, balancing basic needs care, upholding self-sufficiency level achievements; upholding quality and equal education achievements and financial sustainability. The Strategic Plan is hoped to further strengthen cooperation through coordination between the government and joint ventures as well as strategic partners that act as the backbone in making a success of Yayasan's efforts especially in broadening the community outreach so that misappropriation will not occur.
